Better on than off!

Finally I get to show you a new Stockwhip and my latest range of belts, and this time we've photographed the belts on me - they do look better on than off!

First up the 12 Strand,

Two Toned,

Kangaroo Hide Stock Whip.

A Stockwhip truly is a labour of love - there's about 32 hours of plaiting involved in one these babies!  And that doesn't even include the cutting time, there's a lot of hours in shaping and tapering the strands of leather before they can become a whip.

Charlie Plait Kangaroo Hide Belt,

Hopi Peace Sign American Buckle.

This belt has about 30 strands of plaited leather.

It's also the first time I've published my new plait which has subtle twin stripe pattern running through it.

Plait detail, see the subtle stripes?
